Not too bad. The rooms are comfortable, no coffee making facility in the room which let sit down but it's lovable. The food isn't the worst I have had. The staff are friendly. The hotel facilities is better than expected.

Food good. Apartments in need of tlc. Access to the apartments is poor especially if you have small children or have the slightest walking difficulty. So best to avoid.

We understand it is coming to the end of the season but there are still a lot of people on holiday here at the moment.
Only have entertainment and follow the timetables when the reps are here.
Pools are freezing cold!!!! Impossible to go in them at all, nobody is using them. We have a 9 month old baby and there is no way we would take her in there. We feel a nice temperature of pool is the most important to enjoy your holiday. Rooms are basic but very clean. Food is average.

We got standard double room in corpus Guitart III (labeled as a three star) and it was not good:
Building are old without any updates, very ragged and frayed halls and rooms.
I agree that for low cost it's normal, but this is NOT a three star part of hotel!
Also we find very interesting trait: hotel have three restaurants, but worked only two of it. As a result, we got very impressive queue to restaurants (photo).
I hardly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Perfectly nice budget hotel. Rooms were clean. Showers were hot. Beds were comfy. All inclusive buffet had enough variety every night. We enjoyed a week here, just remember it's lager budget so don't expect champagne and you'll enjoy it here.
