Troisième resto d'un étoilé de Bilbao genre brasserie. Salle moderne, en béton mais au demeurant chaleureuse et sympathique. Service soigné. Cuisine simple axée sur le travail du produit en circuit court. Pas de chichis dans l'assiette, le produit était vraiment mis en valeur (lotte aujourd'hui), et préparé excellemment. Pas cher pour la quantité (copieuse) et cette qualité. Une très bonne surprise. N'avons pas pris de vin mais très belle profondeur de carte et beaucoup de choix au verre. On ne pousse pas à la consommation.

Celebré mi boda hace unos días aquí. Desde el primer momento en el que nos pusimos en contacto con ellos el trato ha sido excelente. El día de la boda también nos trataron igual de bien, y además el menú superó con creces nuestras expectativas. Les doy cinco estrellas porque no hay diez.

Friendly staff, but the food was quite poor. Had the Iberico Ribs - very blunt, even the sauce on it. Mostly fat and hard to get off the bone. No strong Iberico taste, so I have my doubts if it was actually Iberico pork.

The food here was really really good. We stopped to eat here on our way back from Pamplona for the running of the bulls. Every dish they served us was excellent. The gaspacho had a sweetness to it, almost like a smoothie. Amazing flavor. The meats were all perfectly cooked. Cheese and Fish relleno peppers were great. There was one meet we all tried and none of us could figure out if it was beef or Venison or what, but we all agreed it was delicious and didn't matter.
Importantly, despite the fact that our group spoke really poor spanish, and our servers did not speak English, everyone was super friendly and patient with us. To top it off, the waitresses were all young and good looking :-D
