Had a great time here with friends, it's not in Alicante but Nearer Altea. If your looking to avoid the crush of Benidorm and not into that type of holiday this is a great choice. It's all inclusive choice worked well for our group. We didn't expect cordon blu and didn't get it , but the food the chefs produced was more than ample morning noon and night.
The beers and drink likewise ample. Staff were great and poolside service good also.
The Spa offers big towels for a €20 deposit that you get back at end and they exchange them every 3 days.
If you are an early check out you can extend room stay for another €20.
And best of all they don't tolerate subbed grabbers - nothing funnier than watching staff walking round and removing towels then seeing the bed grabbers arrive an hour + later to find they have no beds 😂

When we arrived we immideatly got unprofessional service. The hotel staff explained nothing about how things worked here and we were denied our dinner (which we paid for BTW) because a card they gave us when we got here, the card looked unimportant and disposable we were not told what this card was for, but apparently it is the ID for our food the entire stay here and I had thrown it into the trash can. When you enter your room you have to insert the key card into a slot to power the electricity, you also need this card to open the door to the room so you have to take it with you so you can't charge any of your electoric devices while your not there. The room we were given has almost no noise insolation to the degree that there is a door to the next room in our's and we can even hear our neighbours snoring loudly. The food here is disgusting. Great hostel, friendly service, beautiful location, nice swimming pool area. Everything is perfect. Just make sure you have irons and ironing tables. That seems silly but very important to those who need it.

The hotel is very Nice itself, The rooms and The cleaning of The rooms Are amazing!
The people who work there, Are welcoming and friendly.. they Can allways cheer you up.
