I'm extremely disappointed by my experience in this pharmacy. They had everything I wanted but the incompetent and unprofessional staff failed to make me want to buy it from them after they treated me as an unwanted client.
I went there on Saturday 3 of June evening. First of all, the shop assistant sold me a medicine that requires prescription. Then I asked her to issue an invoice for my health insurance and I asked her to mention the name of the prescribing health professional (a requirement of my health insurance located in another EU country).
At that moment the shop assistant suddenly wanted to see my prescription and the registration number of my doctor. I showed her my last medical report, she considered it okay.
Nevertheless she still refused to mention my doctor's name on the invoice. I repeatedly explained that the invoice is on my name, the Dr's name is only mentioned as an additional information for my health insurance abroad and that I never encountered any problem with my request in any pharmacy in Spain in the last three years I'm dependent on that medicine.
The shop assistant became aggressive in a way I fail to understand. Her colleague started to back her claiming that what I want is illegal (!) and that on Monday I should come back and they will call the doctor to check (?) whether they can mention his name on my invoice.
This went on in a way that I find totally unacceptable, I was never treated in such a contemptuous way in any occasion I was buying my medicine here in Spain (at least once a month the last three years).
At some point the shop assistant started to say that I should cancel my shopping and come back on Monday to see her boss. I was so disgusted by the whole experience that I requested my money back, the shop assistant took back everything I bought (including a number of OTC items) and returned what I paid before. At that point her behaviour was ostentatively aggressive.
Worst experience ever.
