The agent at the desk could not find my non-changeable, non-refundable reservation and insisted that I simply sit in the lobby and wait an indeterminate amount of time for my reservation to magically appears before allowing me to check in. Upon asking for other options other than waiting for hours in a lobby when I'd rather be sleeping, he offered me a higher room rate than I purchased despite seeing my reservation information on the phone. I agreed to the higher rate due to intense fatigue and taking into account that he could/would not call any Wyndham reservation resources to confirm my reservation details. Surely enough, even after making explicit checks that my Wyndham rewards details were taken into the system, I have not been awarded points for my stay. I will have to chase them down on my end because it seems this hotel simply does not care. The room itself was OK, nothing extraordinary though. Very disappointing experience due to the rude and unhelpful staff.

A business hotel suited for anyone here on business. The hotel was undergoing renovations when I was visiting, but thankfully I was allocated to one of the refurbished rooms.
Breakfast was lovely with wide selection of protein, pastries and fruits to choose from.
The stay came with a complimentary access to one of the local gyms (10 minute walk from the hotel) that has access to swimming pool, sauna and fitness room (be prepared for a few ancillary fees for towels, lockers, etc.)

This hotel puts itself on a pedestal by claiming its "4 star hotel" the only thing modern about this place is the renovated lobby and restaurant. Once you get into the tiny elevators to the rooms, it's another story. The rooms are outdated but livable and the amenities are bearable. I wouldn't recommend this place again. It gets 2 stars for its nice staff and excellent location.

Air in room does not circulate properly!! Everything in the room is old!! Only the TV is updated! The room is musty!! The hallway carpet worn down. The lobby and exterior is very deceiving. Once you exit the elevators the hotel almost appears under construction.the carpet is horribly worn down. Our bathroom door would not shut. The mold over the vent grew during our four days stay. You can tell they attempted to paint over it. You can hear the people on the street as if the window was open at all times. The bed is hard and low to the ground!! We could feel the springs. When We complain they offered us an upgrade for $35 additional a night so we could have a better bed and the air work properly. the workout facility and pool are not on the premises you have to take a 10-minute walk. Disappointed in Wydham.

Safety chain on the door was broken, room safe wasn't working, and room was extremely hot. Called maintenance, the safe was fixed with a new battery. They didn't have the part to fix the door. The A/C was tested, and air coming out was 12.5C/54F, more than acceptable. However the issue was the fan barely blew, even on the highest setting. The room took almost 12 hours just to get down to an acceptable level. Bed was hard, not comfortable. Wouldn't stay again.
