The service here is top notch. Staff are the nicest and kindest. I really felt welcome.
The hotel facilities are nice. Restaurant is pretty good.
The room is not so great though. It is super clean but there is no king bed options and the matress is not comfortable. The TV is small and awkwardely positioned. The bathroom is strange in many aspects i.e. no shower door, shower water temperature keeps getting hot/cold while taking a shower, bathroom flush is so loud it could wake up anyone else sleep in the room.
So to sum it up, the service is absolute 5 star and room is 3.

A great hotel on the city center close to public transports. My room was large and clean. There were not many guests and the hotel was fairly quiet.

Excellent hotel, super friendly staff, excellent location. Has a gorgeous outdoor terrace with a view. I would return again given the opportunity.

This is by far the best hotel in Barcelona. High class service with a smile. Juan Joseph and all the staff are exceptional. The roof top bar has a beautiful view and the food is delicious. A beautiful experience!

Quiet, clean rooms. Nice rooftop terrace, and decent restaurant downstairs. Unfortunately no balcony in the rooms, and no kettle. Haven't tried roomservice or the wellness options in room yet. Bathroom seems modern and clean, shower is open on one side which results in the floor being quite wet on that side, on a regular base. Neighborhood is quiet at night, and it's close to metro stations.
