Nice casino, but the staff isnt as quick as I used to in other casinos. Nice small casino with lots of table games.

Good place to have a taste what is a casino like.....near to beach....can have a stroll and has many pubs near by where you can spend what you win in casini

This review is only about the poker cash games during the festival:
While hundreds of people are waiting for hours for a seat, a great number of the people actually move down on the list (e.g. an hour before there were a 100 people in front of them and an hour later 125).
While mistakes can happen at the most well run places, the staff's attitude after many people pointed out the problem was just horrible.
They did not seem to care at all, were very rude and just claimed not to have been working when people got on the list earlier. Not my problem then, right?
So instead of looking for the cause of the problem and trying to make up for it as good as they can, they rudely tell you off.
With this kind of attitude towards the customer, I just don't feel it is worth to play there at all. Maybe the staff is better for other games, but the attitude at the poker desk is just unacceptable and reflects so badly on the establishment as a whole (after all you'd expect that during the busiest week of the year, they'd put their best staff up there to handle the situation?) that I would just not recommend playing there at all.

Was refused entrance to the casino because I was carrying a plastic bag of souvenirs. I said I would put them in my purse, and get rid of the plastic bag, but I was forced gently (but physically) into the street. Aparently you can't bring a plastic gift bag inside this place, or have a tshirt in your hand or purse. If you try it- they will rudely tell you to leave. When you politely ask why, they will physically grab your arm and guide you into the street. I've never been so insulted in my life. Sure I wasn't dressed great, but I make more money in a week then that women does in half a year, so it's very sad this company hires such rude employees.

I am giving two stars just because the great arrangements and size of the casino. Regardless of poker, it's not good casino. Simply not fair. Roulette machines are terrible always with problems or air pressure. Managers and workers are mostly rude. Some of them are ok. It's like mission impossible to win in such casino. Moreover, you pay for all your drinks and food !!!
