Hotel muy bien situado de la zona de garrafon y de la estación de trenes, cerca de restaurantes donde sirven muy buen codillo y tarta de queso, el personal excelente, la limpieza igual, buen precio por dormir, el único problema que en algunas habitaciones hay gente que grita mucho por la noche, pidiendo su dinero o diciendo GRATA!!!! GRATA!!! sería gente de despedida de tiesos, por el día muy bien de duerme e lujo ningún ruido mi compañero le encanto su habitación y su colchón.

Hotel limpio y tranquilo. Parece que llevan bien el mantenimiento: no encontré nada roto ni que funcionara mal. El personal es amable y el desayuno variado. El precio justo. Lo recomiendo.

Fine little hotel in a gorgeous city. First off.....Senorita Laura at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to someone like me who speaks and understands minimal spanish. She has exemplary customer service. The housekeepers/maids were very friendly and do fine work.
This place has a neat little funky/artsy feel and is very very clean. Great deep tub and shower pressure. The rooms are a little small but it is close to the very heart of the city and very inexpensive. Small cafes, pharmacies, and supermarkets abound nearby.
My only complaint is no coin-op washer and dryer for guests. I will/would stay here again in a New York second. Great bilingual staff!
