Disappointing....there was NO sauses like ketchup or Dros sauses at all in the whole restaurant. They were waiting on stock! Real bad!! Really disappointing! Food was great though. And for the best price! Service can surely improve. Restaurant was not over crowded which was great.

Great place went there for the second time. Great food, great service, friendly staff. Will go there many other times.

Worcester Dros, nice place to visit for eat out. The waitress was very friendly and the service good. The quality of the food was up to standard. I did have the Thursday special of calamari pan and chips for R35.00. This was real value for money. I can recommend it. They do have nice ourside seating and security at the parking.

Worst dining experience i ever had in my entire life!! I am not one that normally complains but this is madness, the manager don't give a damn about anything. Waited forever and I mean 35 mins plus for a Don pedro. Asked for a medium 500g steak got a piece that was pretty much still alive. Had no choice but to send it back and waited another hour only to receive the piece of steak gutted without any sauce or appropriate cutlery. We were sitting in the back of the restaurant and from the sounds of things there was quite the party going on in the kitchen. As we walked out everyone in that entire section was complaining. This place should be audited as its not like any other Dros I have ever been to.

This is the worst experience ever! The drinks, food, desert and even to get the bill took forever. The waitress was very friendly and tried to do whatever she could to get to everything yet management was simply not interested in feedback and just walked away. This restaurant does not deserve to be a part of the Dros group.
