I had an emergency whereby I had to see a specialist but I couldn't reach your office as the phone kept ringing. I sent three emails no one bothers to respond. My daughter broke her right arm and fortunately the specialist helped me without authorization number. Why do you require referral letters for authorization whereas we can't reach you ? Imagine a 4 year old im pain and the one can't get help because of this ? I'm truly disappointed and I hope something will be done about this. I'm still waiting for the authorization number since yesterday 2016/10/27. SORT THIS OUT PLEASE PLATINUM HEALTH !

I am trying to make an appointment with a doctor but the phone has been ringing for more than 30 minutes. Unacceptable please give me contact details where I can lodge a complain.
