Good food, but terrible service. Was there on a Friday and 2 people worked behind the counter preparing food, so the wait was over 20 mi utes - not fast food.

Terrible service from some guy with a cleft lip-like scar who shouted at staff IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS over the incorrect size of a russian.
Never mind that they insist on pouring condiments on behalf of customers like we are going to bloody run off with the damn tomato sauce!!! What rubbish?!
Utterly disrespectful. Never setting foot there again!
