worst service I have ever experienced, staff are rude and treat the client really badly I will never ever recommend anything from this store Debonairs should lodge an investigation into this store it is making them look really bad.

I ordered pizza at 7pm and was advice it it be 1hr 30minutes long to be delivered. After 2hrs I was concerned not hearing anything..I called back and I was told my order is still at the store. This is all happening at night and I am here waiting hungry. Poor poor service.

Absolutely useless delivery service. Waited an hour and a half for cold pizza, which was not free since I paid online. Staff not the most honest. Definitely writing this store off.

They made me remember why I stopped eating Debonairs pizza in the first place. If you are brave enough to actually buy from this store, DO NOT use the delivery service.

The worst experience in my ordering history. Pizza took over 2 hours to arrive. I had to call the store 3 time being told that's it's because of bad weather, a blatant lie since there was no bad weather at all.
Unprofessional staff members over the phone, 1 dropped the phone on me.
Horrible, horrible experience. I will never buy from this store ever.
They should just cancel the delivery options since they are incapable of providing that service.
