The customer service was 5star. Had a lovely stay. The hotel staff went out of their way to arrange an early check in.

I wasn't impressed with the way we were shunted around after one of their water pipes burst. We were given lodging in a place of lower standards, it was only after we wrote a scathing email to the booking agency that anything was done. I felt so offfended and honestly, I wouldn't rush to recommend this place to anyone. .

The rooms are spacey enough though I think the beds could be improved. I had expected automatic doors at the main entrance for reason and a microwave in the room. Finally the TV menu in my opinion could improved. Quite stay overall and a relaxing night.
