Nice home away from home feeling, clean and restful place. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, rooms are clean spacious. The big hole tours are informative.

The stay was not nice. my sleep was uncomfortable, the room was cold, the aircon was not working and the duty manager Belinda acted as if it was a minor setback. Instead she acted as if the air-con will be sorted, until the maintenance came back again and explained that the air-con was not properly fixed. And promised to get me another blanket which he never came back. The lighting in the room is too dark. The shower room as to small and the baths are small for someone tall. My bath was dirty as if it was not cleaned.
THE FOOD WAS GREAT, THOUGH THERE'S WAS NO ENOUGH VEGETABLES. THERE WAS NO VARIETY OF JUICES AND MORE ACIDIC DRINKS. THE BREAKFAST PACK WAS TO DRY, NO JUICES AND ONLY ACIDIC DRINKS. THE OPTIONS ON THE LIST WERE NOT CLEAR.

Just want to give praise and honour to two amazing staff members at the hotel Thswaro((hope I got her name right) and. chef Juluis for them being so caring and helpful to me, while during my stay at the hotel I fell ill with lung infection. They really went out of their way to assist and made me feel like I was around family the way they took care of me. I honestly really appreciate it very very much. I salute the two of them.
