The massage therapist kept falling asleep during my massage! It was really unprofessional. She also wrenched my left arm too hard and subsequently injured my shoulder. I raised it with the spa who is now refusing to talk to me and got their insurance company to "deal" with me.
They are basically claiming that because I advised that I prefer a firmer pressure that my injury was duly sustained. Unprofessional, unkind and disappointing to say the least.

The treatment was good. Though the service from ladies at the reception /'hosts' was rather unwelcoming and almost bias to some clients and not so much others. There was an incident where I was advised by one of the ladies to go help myself to their facilities upstairs and only be warned atleast 15 minutes later that there was a private function being held there that did not seem private to us at all. The subsequent confrontation from the ladies that manage and work there was disheartening. With no apology or understanding that I am just about a client myself that was misled and deserving of equal protection from them. Courtesy is everything ! Without it and kindness one cannot run a relaxation/therapeutic spa .

The service is really good here, but its not really a spa that is conducive to much relaxation. Especially the outdoor ''pool'' area is on a main busy road. Even though they have tried to block it up with walls - it is still pretty noisy (Cars driving, hooting etc) and you dont get a very relaxed tranquil atmosphere.
You can feel that you are in the middle of a city.
Would have been much better if the spa was located on the upper side of the hill.
