Sub-standard food. Line fish totally over-cooked, calamari peppery and soggy. Wine warm. Poor service. Had to pour our own wine. Waiter absent. Table cleared while some guests were still eating. Deserts did not arrive at the same time so chocolate fondant was cold and stodgy by the time the rest arrived. Will definitely not go back there

What delightful service. 5* food was delicious and very well presented. Well worth a return visit.

Food is excellent!! Very tasty. Don't be in a hurry it take some time to prepare a good tasty meal!!

The Blue Goose is a quaint restaurant with such a romantic vibe. Delicious food with chef's specials. I had the lentil babotie which was delicious. Their espatada is absolutely the best. Hubby had their seafood platter with lobster perfectly prepared. Butter chicken also a winner. Great calamari. Chocolate fondant must be the best we have ever had. A lovely fire is on the go for us winter visitors. Service has always been excellent.

Really amazing food. Try the Mozambique prawns if you are around. And I have no words for the staff. Just awesome. We had questions about Gansbaai and they tried really hard to help even though it was not their job. Just very nice people.
