Patrons get orders wrong and don't bother to check the presentation of the meals served to customers.
The incomplete orders were just thrown in a boxes and weren't checked to ensure they were according to customer instructions

Service is slow due to less employees, rest rooms are not attended to...

Slow service. My order was incorrectly taken and the person packing my order forgot my drinks. I had to manually request them.

Useless!! Standing in drive-thru for 20 minutes at 12:10 on a Monday afternoon!!!
First there is no person at the order window and then you wait another 10 minutes at the receiving window. And this with ONLY one vehicle in the line and three clients inside!
And then when I ordered they couldn't accept payment with cards.
And all I am told when I ask about the bad service and long time that I had to wait....you guessed it......EISH SIR.....sorry nê!!
So I would NOT suggest you go to this KFC, as they are useless!! Rather support any other food outlet and stay away from KFC!!!
