I used to enjoy the convenience and professionalism that this office used to offer. Being in our area... however the addition of their new nurse Stephanie has left me deciding to switch doctors sadly... she is unprofessional and rude. Intrusive and lacks any sense of personal space.
I recently visited the doctor and left before doing so because of her. I walked in and began speaking to the receptionist to which she rushed out and cut us off. I continued addressing the receptionist when the nurse then stepped up to me and mid conversation took my cap off my head and began behaving very childish and unprofessional.
I have never visited a doctor's office and been treated with such classless rude behaviour. People who are ill do not wish to be annoyed by such an individual who rudely interacts with patients. She makes visits to this doctor an awful experience and should be sent for training in how to deal with arriving patients in a respectful and professional manner.
