So i ordered two oreo krushers at their "ice cream counter" yesterday the cashier rings it up and Gives me the slip she then Takes the next customers order, Fine she then walks off. Takes a while and came to tell me that shes going to fetch cups and it will take 5 minutes. Another cashier comes starts serving the customers waitaing because obviously a queue accumulated while we waited. She never returns. And i saw the last guy the was in the queue gets hes krusher before me , so i was like what the hack,we standing here over 15 minutes already. suddenly the manager of the comes and im like hows he getting hes krusher we were first here. He looks at my slip no apology nothing and walks to the back . he returns with two krushers. STILL NO APOLOGY 👎. I commented to him WE WAITED VERY LONG , AND AS A MANAGER TO JUST WALK OFF THATS QUITE RUDE. He knows hes staff was wrong. NEVER AGAIN. EXTREMELY LONG WAITS BOTH SIDES
