Як на свої гроші досить непогані умови для того щоб переночувати і йти по справах в місто. Є певні недоліки, хотілося б трохи підвищити якість послуг, але в загальному я задоволений

The blonde lady at reception seems nice. The rooms are basic and I didn't like the fact I had to walk down the corridor to go to the toilet and shower. When ever anyone walked down the hall it was though a herd of elephants were running past. My bedroom walls were bright yellow. No curtains on windows just thin nets. I was recovering from an operation so spent a lot of time trying to sleep, until the builders started banging at 9.30 am . The resturant downstairs was nice. Food was lovely and a good price. Staff seemed nice except for one, she was about mid 40's, short/shoulder lenght brown hair, worked behind the bar. She was just always miserable and put a downer on my stay. She never cracked a smile. Awful woman, I never bothered giving her any tips. And no one here can speak English very well at all, plus there's no spa next door like advertised. I was there for 6 nights and no cleaners came to me at all. There's no kettle in your room so if u want a drink u have to wait for ages for their kettle to boil. U have to fill it up with water from the bathroom sink 😷 and it's not a long walk to the shopping centre in kosice. I had an operation and managed to get there in about 7 mins. If your only staying for a night then it's fine but any longer then find somewhere else. I've been so kind to everyone round here and as soon as they realise I'm British they just wave me off and don't bother speaking to me. I find the people in Kosice very rude.
