Good location (bus and train stations and the city centre within the walking distance )
Good WI-FI, nice breakfast...
...just normal black tee was not available....

On the second floor was very bad internet (WiFi) connection. Always was interrupted and simpy impossible. It worked well only in the hall.
Also towel rails were not cleaned and were dirty (looks like for a long time).
Other things can be tolerated.

Friendly staff, nice rooms. Courtyard is nice on a sunny day to eat/drink in the shade by the fountain. Lunch menu for 5eur/meal including soup is very tasty and great value.
Apparently they have an Eco certification, but it was not visible in how the hotel was run: tungsten light bulbs, bleached paper towels in restaurant toilets etc...
