This hotel is closed. Pool is empty, bar closed, nothing going on there. Maybe they will turn this around and reopen. In the meantime look elsewhere.

One of the poorest hotel in Kigali. It's hell on earth. You should best sleep in a car than at Zenith Hotel Kigali.

i stayed at the hotel on 23/05/2016. i must say my experience was horrible.
the below ammenities were not standard.
1.when we were usherd into the rooms the surfaces - table in the room was dusty.
2. there was no hot water in the shower despite running the bath for more than 15 minutes. we sampled all the room on first floor that were not occupied and none had hot water. the staff brought us bathing water in a bucket..
3.the bathtub and the sink were leaking from the bottom.
4. the room i was booked into had only one socket that was in use by the tv. we reuested for an extension cable to enable us charge our devices but we were told they do not have.
5. the TV ony had one channel. a gospel channel. the website indictaes DSTV is available.
6.For the period i was there, we had no access to WIFI in all areas of the hotel, though the staff assured us repeatedy that the common area downstairs had WIFI
7. The bathroom door in the room i was allocated could not close., so the attendant showed me another bathroom upstairs on 3rd floor and the bathroom knob came off and i was stuck in the bathroom for 10 minutes in the least..
