Priority passで入場できます。この空港はこじんまりとしていて出発ゲートがラウンジのすぐそばなので結構ぎりぎりまでゆっくりできます。（出発ゲートの前でセキュリティチェックがあります）

I paid for my bill in RWF at Bourbon coffee with a Bank of Kigali debit machine just across the departure hall, walked over here, where they also have a Bank of Kigali debit machine, and was told I could only be charged in American dollars, when the RWF rate was almost 10 USD lower. Ridiculous, makes no sense, but a great way to gouge foreigners. If you desperately need the lounge, bring RWF with you, or you'll be paying more. Didn't enter on principle - I should be able to pay any of the clearly advertised rates in any currency with my credit card, much as I can anywhere else I used my credit card in Kigali.

There are lots of international electrical outlets, plus a charging station. The chairs are comfortable. The bathrooms are okay, though I didn't use the shower. The main reason I am not giving five stars is that there is a lot of noise from outside.
