I've been to this place last week for the first time in years. It still looks the same, which is good, because I have always liked the interior decor. The staff are still very friendly and they work relatively fast. On the other hand, the atmosphere was nowhere near as it used to be. Most of the pub was empty while years ago it used to be, as I remember, always full, especially in the evenings. This is through no fault of their own, mind you. It's because Romania has implemented a smoking ban and, it being cold outside and people not wanting to go out every time they want to light up, it's keeping the potential customers away. Sad!
