At first I sat outside. The staff was passing by and never approached to even give me their menu. I had to go inside in order to place an order. But the beer was ok, which is nice.

Worth spending time there and acceptable prices for the drinks, but wrong policy for receiving tips.. one should not be reprimended for not leaving a huge tip!
