Costumer service awfull.
I asked for more details about the rent contract... and i have no answear after i tell them i m not gone pay 52€ for fuel ,because i m gone bring back the car with full tank. I can t travel to drop off point with low fuel tank...

I would not even be suprised that they wrote all these "positive 5 star ratings" themselves.
On July 30 2017 we were supposed to drive back to the airport for our flight back home but the car broke down.
The company refused to send anybody despite paying a extra for an insurance to avoid situations like this.
We let the car key and the car on the driveway of our acquaintance who we were staying with at the time. They managed to pick up the car in the meanwhile but not a word about our deposit..
Meanwhile, the company is refusing to answer any e-mails or to return our calls just so they don't have to give our deposit back of €200.
All of this is really crazy because this is the second time we used this company and are travelling to Romania frequently as of late (we thought of using them more often).

We rented a car for 7 days, an Opel Corsa. Arrived at OTP, after calling them they said they were coming in 10 minutes and we waited for 20 having breakfast at the airport. The car was a Dacia Logan (107000 kms). They said that the Opel Corsa got broken while they were driving it to the airport. They checked the scratch on the car and the fuel and wrote it on a paper that they gave to us. The car was clean inside but not outside. We had to pay the airport parking when we got the car. The car worked well during all the road trip (1300kms).
When we arrived to give it back we called 20 minutes earlier than our arrive at the airport. Then we arrived at 7:00, the man arrived at 7:25 so we waited a lot inside the departure parking lot. The man checked the scratches and the fuel and started the car to see if everything was working. Everything was good so he gave us back the money he kept, but keeping 10€ for the cleaning. I was disappointed because the car was not totally clean when he gave it to us.
Fortunately everything went well with the car, but next time I'll try another renter because of the waiting we had, the different car we got and the 10€ cleaning that we weren't informed when we got the car.
