It's a nice, pleasant location. The prices are according to Hard Rock locations. The food is very good but it doesn't exceed expectations. Overall, a nice place to visit once a month.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The whole service from the moment we got in to the moment we got out was outstanding.
The prices are not as high as in the other HRC places, and at the time we were there they even had a special offer to get a soup/salad + main dish + drink all for 29 LEI. All other prices were friendly as well.
The food was very rich and very well made, and we left HRC with a full stomach. :) I recommend it all the way! :)

Where to start. 5 stars all around. Been to so many hard rock cafes. All have tried so hard to make sure i enjoyed my self. But Bucharest really stood out tonight. John the waiter really tried to make sure i was enjoying my self and meal. The meal was the best i had in a real long time. John kept the table clean kept the drinks coming and kept on checking up on us. Thanks. I will come back here. Thank you

This was actually my first time ever visiting a Hard Rock. I was quite satisfied!
First off I ordered my drink and every time I have ordered some sort of smoothing or frozen drink in Romania it has not been a "frozen drink". It's always been just cold drink or had big ice chunks in it and this is the first time I have received an actual smoothie so I was very happy with that!
For food I ordered the Texan sandwich, which was also very good. Pretty spicy which is also no common in Romania as they consider a pepperoni pizza hot here! But overall the food was great.
The service was also very friendly. The only mark I had on them was the service was a bit slow. So this is more of a 4.5 rating. But overall great place to go and I will be going back!
