Professor Badreldeen is a great physician. He gives every patient enough time and always listens to what the patient says.

They provide great service for upcoming moms and have a midwife with over 15 years of experience that hosts their classes. She was very well informed on the topics covered and open to any questions and misconceptions. Class can be taken with group or privately. This center was an awesome find for me. The alternative is HMC which doesn't give classes in the evening for first time moms they only provide morning sessions which doesn't work for everyone! So this was perfect for me.

Terrible customer service. Started off as a good experience and then went downhill.
Was overcharged on one occasion and had to raise it myself.
Was told reimbursement of a test wouldn't be an issue. Was subsequently rejected by insurance and they refused to take any responsibility.
Obvious why insurance companies don't want to provide them direct billing.
