This company gave me a defectuous car. The engine broke when I left the airport and the oil was leaking so I call them to get another car. They never told me that I would have to pay for their broken car. They took illegaly 6500$ on my credit card (they took it on 8 differents fraudulous transaction). The credit card company can't reimburse me because I gave my credit card to that company when I rent the ar so they are allow to take money if they want and I have to deal with them with no help. The SIXT rep are just inhuman people that don,t care about the customer. They just answered that it was my fault and that's it.
