This was the worst restaurant ever! Lousy service: we had to wait for ages before a waiter appeared. He had no clue about wines, nor about the food. Finally the food arrived and the steak was simply disgusting: extremely thin and chewy. The pasta was drowning in oil and tasteless. Don't go there!

Still E8 for a set meal and you get free wine/sherry to start. Was so good that for our final meal in Funchal we went back to O Funil, and the waiter ever remembered the names of our two boys. If you like to eat as the locals do this the place.

O Fúnil é sem dúvida um excelente reataurante, com um preço fantástico e a comida igualmente fantástica. Vale bem a pena sem dúvidas.
