Overall, a nice place that was fancier than we expected and good value. The room was large, had a nice little balcony with a view of the cathedral and a spacious bathroom. The room was a bit dated (only one easily accessible outlet), but good quality. The location was fantastic, very close to the Aerobus stop and right in the middle of the historic part of town. There was some general noise at night, but it wasn't too loud. 24-hour reception, a lift, and the hotel staff were very nice. Breakfast was better than average - rolls, fruit, yogurt, tea/coffee, hot food (eggs, bacon). There was a small fridge in our room, but it wasn't on when we arrived and it took days to cool down (and it was never very cold). Lounge on the top floor (no AC) was nice, air conditioning in the room was good; internet in the room was ok, but commonly dropped/bounced between routers so not reliable.

It's placed in the old zone near the Atlantic Ocean and an the Catedral Albergheria. The staff îs very polite and very effecient ready to satisfy all the demands of the clients. From the hotel terasse on the 5 floor there is a panoramic vistaview of a large area of the town. The services are functioning excellenty.
