Clean and spacious rooms - standard 4 stars. Fast connection to any public transport: metro, bus, train. Helpful staff.

Don't bother, skip this one. Old building, both me and others spotted bugs in the bathrooms. I had stains in my pillow and the staff was "cold".

Room was big enough. Main thing i loved they cleaned well. Ac work gud. Washroom was clean and gud. Just don't have tea maker nd microwave that i don't check during booking. Remaining everything perfect. Instead of one old man on reception remaining all staff was so frank

If you're arriving at night on a weekend, do not expect the front desk people to greet you. They will not help unless you demand assistance. It is unfortunate since they pride themselves to be a business Hotel. If such is their brand, then the expectation is of high calibre business clients which will be saddened by reality when you arrive. To get to the elevators are steps so if you have luggage, better be ready to lug some more since they will not help you. Room has flattened pillows so be creative in using towels to create height. They will provide restaurant suggestion if you ask them only to realize they get a cut from those restaurants so be aware. Food was good at where they suggested tho-better feeling for me if I didnt know there was some dealing behind the scenes. How do I know? The restaurant person said so. The Hotel has no services like laundry facilities but they will launder your clothes with a per item cost. Did you see where they put my towels? In the urinal!! If they can't find space in the bathroom because my clothes were hanging hen out the towels on the bed not the urinal. Disgusting! Overall a horrible experience.

Excellent. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Lisbon area. If I were to visit again I would consider staying closer to the town centre however.
