Lovely food. But I found SOME of the staff were very unfriendly. Rooms were a bit low-budget as well. But for the price, I suppose it's OK for Europe.

Very small room, No iron board and not possible to lend one. The want to sell their expensive pressing services. Breakfast is sad with bad coffee, stale bread and cold bacon. Only stay here if you have to.

Ideally situated in Lisbon, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and tidy though could do with a couple of minor repairs, (couple of broken tiles in the bathroom). Breakfast was delicious with good choice of food. Only thing the hotel lacked was tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The hotel is close to the downtown, pretty rooms, nice stuff. The weak breakfast is the reason for the 4 star. The fruits are delicious, but the other foods and drinks are not so rich and get boring after 2 days.
