Very well located, just in front of the entrance to the underground. Nice and warm people at the reception, clean and big room. Very good cost benefit!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and got the 'romantic' package as a surprise, really great. The breakfast is very nice and the rooms are clean, comfortable and the beds very good.

Great hotel to stay in for a few days. SANA Reno is right next to the metro station São Sebastiao (red line and blue line), which makes moving throughout Lisbon easy. The rooftop pool is great and was never overcrowded (26-29th of July). Breakfast is included, but is not great although fresh fruit makes up for that. Two persons rooms are more than big enough for three guests, which is why the hotel offers to add an extra bed to the room. Yes, a bed. Not a backbreaking sofa like most hotels. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this three-star hotel and will be coming back someday!

Very comfortable hotel in a prime location just a stones-throw away from public transport. The staff is professional and seems to enjoy their work as they put a lot of care and attention into it. The rooms aren't the largest I've ever seen, but they are certainly comfortable. They are cleaned well and cared for. The only downsides I could think of are that there were some labels missing on the air conditioning controls, but I got it working anyway. And the TV wasn't configured according to the catalog, but it only took a minute to find the English-language channels, which are still largely available. The pool on the roof, although not heated, is a great addition to an already impressively comfortable hotel. I did not mind spending some extra time at the hotel when we got tired of our tourist activities for the day, and we didn't even need to pay much at all! Well worth it.
