Employees are extremely kind and professional but that's the only positive note. Rooms are extremely old and need urgent renovation. The location is far away from the city center. Also the convention center is quite old and would require renovations

Great venue for events. Good staff and food. Room not quite as comfortable as expected and quite a lot of road noise from the window. Best to stay non-Roman facing rooms.

Nice hotel, lively breakfast, although quite pricey for what you get. Also poor location for tourism, nearest metro is 10 minutes away.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very considerate and knowledgeable, for such a large hotel you barely wait on an elevator!the breakfast selection was really nice ... The only caveat was the noise level between rooms as well as from the street below, we were on the 10th floor facing the university... you could hear the bustling street noises even with the closed window.

Nice hotel nice location. Except the front desk service wasn't that professional. Told us some room with espresso machine some without depends on our luck! The front desk manager charged us much much higher for calling a cab compare to when we stop our own cab.
