The exterior does nothing for first impressions, however when you negotiate the entrance, the place is clean the staff friendly and helpful. My room was much better than I had anticipated a large bathroom a bright airy room with a large balcony. Great value for the price

Well located in Faro but rooms are very old, noisy and not clean. Wifi is not working for rooms located in the 1st floor. It was not pleasant staying here. Didn't have the chance to taste breakfast as we had to leave early to get our flight back home.

Good location for access to the town, train and bus station, around a ten minute walk. Building work was occurring at the time of my visit. Room soundproofing is very bad, so pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Clean, spacious rooms. Reasonable bathroom, although tired decor. Security not too bad. Fridge and air-conditioning in the room. Breakfast consists of bread rolls, fruit, jam, cheese spread and coffee or tea. Decent WiFi.
