Very good location, close to the old town. Friendly staff. Historic building with funny and old elevator. The room was ok.

A couple blocks from the square. Historic and well maintained building. Breakfast not included. Parking requires a separate in advance reservation else you will be referred to park in the garage under the Sofitel a couple blocks away.

Excellent customer service, everything works, spacious, practical internal arrangements, though restaurant is a bit expensive, sound proofing is literally ZERO, you can hear everything people talk about both in the corridor and in the room next to yours, the air conditioner is quite loud in my room, so if you wake up during the night it may be a struggle to get back to sleep. It is also an excellent venue for wedding parties, but that also means noise in the middle of the night when people are going back to their rooms. I was waken up twice because of that. My next door neighbours were chatting for an hour after they got back to their rooms at 4am in the morning. So it is a great hotel for those who can sleep well, but not really for those who can be waken up easily. Good location: very close to city centre. There is also disabled access, though not signposted at all. Staff provided umbrellas in rainy weather free of charge, which was very good of them. Excellent WiFi service, clean rooms.

Nice hotel in spectacularly location just by the main market square, very comfy beds, exceptional service at the reception.
If I may suggest sth - I would put a bin in the room, as we had to put all our rubbish in little tiny bin in the bathroom. The hairdryer wasn't spectacular, did the job though. Iron in the room would also be helpful.

Good location just outside the main square. Close enough to walk and do touristy stuff, but far enough you don't get the noise. Friendly staff made check in/out very easy. Very nice room (room with balcony on 3rd) that had plenty of room for our family (4). Solid wifi. We didn't care for the restaurants breakfast, but overall an enjoyable experience.
