Just the right place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Spotless, bright and comfortable room. Perfect night on great bed in good quality sheets. Morning with a cup o a complimentary Nespresso. Enjoy!

Good location, 10 minutes by car to the city center. The room was clean and cosy like you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
5 star because of the price we got in the summertime.

Below average for the price. They dont even have toileteries in bathroom. Bare minimum things in the room. Even airbnb hosts give more than this

Clean rooms and decent bathrooms but customer service is awful; you only get one key card per room and if you happen to lose your room key or are separate from the person who has the key, be prepared to wait until they come home before you can get into your room because the reception apparently only has one single extra key card! They were not helpful at all when I was locked out, and make the customer do the work when there's an issue. Not to mention the fact that this hotel is quite a ways out from the city center and everything anyone would want to visit...sure you get a decent hotel rate, but be prepared to learn Polish transit or pay for a 20 minute cab/uber into town!

Friendly employees who are very helpful. The breakfast is good. Location and appearance are nice as well. Visited two times so far and have nothing to complain.
