The hotel is so well located for the train, the tram, and walking to sites. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, linens were good quality, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a wonderful assortment of foods, eggs cooked several ways, meat, sausage, and cheeses, as well as assorted breads, pastries, fruits and yogurts. We were able to check in early after a long flight. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Ideally located near the train station and old town, a modern hotel with great service and a homely feel. Very clean, well equipped room, it’s one of the nicest city hotels we have stayed in. All the staff were extremely warm and friendly, I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends .

If you're looking for a good quality hotel walking distance to the old city, Vienna House is perfect. Warm welcome and very helpful, friendly staff. Our twin room was a reasonable size, clean, tidy & modern with comfortable beds, Hot & cold breakfast was extensive and plentiful (if a little lukewarm but not a big issue).
Situated next to Cracow's biggest/modern shopping mall and the train station, the old city is a 5 minute walk to the outskirts, under 10 to the main square with restaurants and bars a plenty.
Would definitely use this hotel again.

Seamless check in and helpful staff at reception gave ideas and suggestions on where to eat in the city.
Short walk through the underpass to the old town.
Room was a suitable size for two people with and modern and beautiful bathroom with bath and standalone shower cubicle. Excellent use of space.
If you choose not to have laundry service you're rewarded with a gift from the hotel.
Breakfast was to a good standard with fresh products available daily.
Car parking available underground at a charge and considering the location to the old town - reasonable rate.
Would certainly stay here again.

Everything was perfect.
The room was clean, big bathroom, the reception staff were kind and tolerant and always helpful.
So did the staff in the dining room. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
We will be happy to stay again at the hotel when we arrive in Krakow.
