Do not visit this hotel! The rooms are horrific, they are full of strange white spots on the carpets and walls. It’s also food crumbs, chocolate and other stuff in corners, walls and in the bathroom. There are strange hairs in the bathroom, and the toilet is nearly unusable. The shower is so tiny and difficult to use. The beds are so bad you can feel the springs in the bed. Again, do not visit this hotel!

It's a bit dirty and the breakfast look different than on the photos.. Staff is really nice but the cleaning could be improved. It's good for a budget travellers I suppose. It has a shopping centre across the road and a good communication to city centre.

I suggest you all not to stay at this lousy hotel with inexperienced staff.....on top of this its about 7 kms from city centre...look at the pictures I had taken on my recent visit from 30/08/2017 until 02/09/2017....All 3 days I had a nightmare when I returned back at night from my visits to city centre ...all tired ....& I couldn't open the lock after reception fixed more than 5 times on their machine. Even they couldn't open the lock with their master key....what a bloody days I passed there.....

The receptionist is hospitality and helpful. location is like 4-5km from old town. Opposite of the hotel is a shopping mall Galeria Bronowice, if the room faces to the side of shopping mall, you will feel noise whenever you open the window. The carpet is super dirty I have never ever seen before in any 3 stars hotel. I basically disappointed with what i have in these 2 days besides breakfast, maybe just because I don't really like their dirty room and iron door.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good, especially the traditional dishes. The hotel is 5K from old town and there is a bus stop nearby. The room was clean except for the carpet. The bed was hard and no A/C in the room. There were some plumbing issues when I first arrived. The hotel is near a busy street so it's noisy with the window open. The price was very good for an average place to stay.
