A very enjoyable hotel with friendly staff who go above and beyond to be helpful. Service this good is hard to find. The decor could use an overhaul but you forget about it once the relaxation sets in.

This is my second stay. I definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Pretty nice hotel, spent a day there with my wife and we both had fun. The positives were the water park, with free access to hotel guests, breakfast which was huge and high quality and the view from the room. On the negative side, the room interior looks like it was designed by someone with a lot of money and no taste, me and my wife got two single beds that we had to move together, even though the hotel was pretty empty as it was off season middle of the week no one asked us if we would rather just get a one queen sized bed. The place is enormous which makes getting around tiresome, and finally the price. This place costs more then a hotel at Disneyland in Los Angeles, yet it lacks something to justify that.

The hotel is humongous in its size. There are three restaurants which are huge too. Red one serves breakfast and supper in a buffet form. Tasty, but in a cantine atmosphere. No choice of wine there too... The green restaurant is a'la carte. It has 300 tables!!!
There is also Staropolska restaurant, but was closed at that time.
The rooms are clean, but furnished in an old-fashioned way. The corridors are very long, so prepare to walk at least 5 mins to get to your room if you get one in the end of the wing.
As far as pools are concerned, there are no flipflops, bathrobes or pool towels in the room. You only get towels near the pool. Prepare to spend time in small town rather than enjoy SPA and swim

Great food, plenty of options even for most fussy eaters. Great indoor/outdoor aquapark, saunas, jacuzzis etc. Good location, great views. Kids-friendly. Spacious rooms

Excellent food and loads of it. Great for the kids as there is something different to do everyday. Beautiful location in the Sudety mountains. Staff work extremely hard and are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very nicely furnished and kept extremely clean. We are definitely going to return!
