I registered my Credit Card today via my phone. Unfortunately, i was charged P10.00 after my registration. What's that P10.00 for?

good morning your driver Mr. lope magtangob jr. with the plate number txn658 is our grab taxi for today 0900h when he arrive here in Belmont hotel and already left with a passenger heading to Philippine airlines in baltao we call him to done the transaction so that we can book another grab car to our guest but apparently the driver said that he don't know how to done the transaction. I just want to know why in the earth he don't know how to done that. I don't want to cancel the said transaction because we will suspended because of cancelling the transaction even if its not our mistake. I tried to call your number 8450957 but the phone keeps ringing and no one have time to answer it. please have an action on this

This only gets one star just for the the last driver!
I have pictures of cancellation as proof, I had experience great inconveniant since 3pm in the afternoon, I was trying to grab a car to catch my bus since 3pm in makati area but I had to take a local ride out the way to pasig just to get a damn grab car, and only now I arrived at 8pm, not due to traffic but due to grab car earlier today! I thought gab are supposed to be professional and not reject paying customers, not once but twice, back to back! if I wanted to be rejected I would have just tried to get a regular taxi! This really cost me time and in my busy schedule, it takes away a from my money. Now I have to take a late bus to my destination in so adjusting to my business plan, again a very inconvenient ! I will repost this experience on other sites and reviews but since I actually got a car after having to go home just to get one, I would like to say thanks to that driver but from now on I'm taking my business to uber! I bet they don't reject paying customers!
