Had a great time staying in this hotel. Great food and service. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. They attend to my inquiries and request with no hassle. The hotel also offers free shuttle ride going to MOA. Definitely coming back.

Nice place. Except if your just making a drop off at that place they will show a different entrance and your just confused which is which.

The place is good. The service was good at day 1 of my arrival. The day 2 was quite bad since we had some mishaps during our workshop. There were too many staff during our workshop which caused some unintended disturbance. Also, the staff who are tasked for cleaning up the area, don't ask the customers if the snacks served are ready to be dished out. Today is the start of my Day 3. Hope for a better experience here in the hotel.

Book through travel agent, can't find my booking and I didn't have voucher only a screen shot photo of hotel address in my phone, receptionist asked me to show it to him, i told him more than 3 times I don't have any voucher, he took my phone said oh ok not a voucher. I told you I don't have any voucher!!!
First room 509 smell badly with dirty carpet and flies in the restroom. Same night changed to 601, bedding was really good very soft bed and pillow, but cigarettes smell, dirty carpet come the worst part wash basin in restroom as the photos I uploaded... as I heard higher floor room renewed no more carpet and more modern design.

Service is great. They can have ur breakfast packed if you have an early flight which is very good. We left at around 2 am so it was great having good food while waiting 4 our flight. I Dont like the smell of the hotel though...
