They are the worst. Made me lose 50% of my investment without doing anything about it. They dont have any online monitoring system wherein you could see the "growth" of your investment. I wasnt even receiving any updates through mail at all after my first 2 years with them.
Pulled out my account from them as fast as I could after 4 years of them letting my money go down the drain. They do not give good and proper customer care, they lack transparency, and their useless financial advisers/fund manager dont do their jobs at all. Their transactions arent even real time. And the amount of money I received after pulling out my account was not even based on the redemption price on the day I returned the policy contract to my units but rather on the day they received it via mail within 14 working days.
