Absolutely terrible! Avoid at all cost. I cannot believe that they want to hold your passport for the rental period in order to rent a car. Needless to say, I cancelled the reservation.
Even a one star rating is too high.

Its so nice having transaction with Transavia transport . We'll surely get back when we need a car again :D

It's a fun experience with TransAvia unlike other rental services, they provide more safe and well maintained cars. Gotta rent next time :D

I had a very positive experience with Transavia last Dec 6-10. They are located near NAIA terminal 1 where International flights lands and they offer transfer from/to airport upon landing/departure. Employees are very professional, questions pertaining to reservation were answered immediately and in detail and requirements are very minimal unlike others I checked. The cars are also well maintained and I didn't have any problems using it. I recommend Transavia and surely will rent from them next time.
