We ordered 2 medium pizzas. It eventually arrived an hour later. We got so annoyed with hunger. Irritable we spoke to the manager and ask what's their policy in regards to late delivery. He said, he will send us a free pizza. Delighted, we accepted. We waited for almost 2 hours before we decided to follow up the free pizza we were told. The manager just said it's on its way. Half an hour more later the delivery man arrived. No pizza but holding a voucher. He said, we get free pizza on our next delivery.

I don't know if the branch manager has done this in purpose to annoy us. Or its their policy to make people wait for cardboard. It was pretty obvious that he waited for us to call back before he sends a rider with a disappointing delivery. Taking this up to your operations. You don't mess with hungry people!!

20th Feb 2017.
Received a call from domino's today. Sincerely apologetic about the service we received a few days ago. Sent us 2 medium pizzas. Got them warm and within 30 mins. He even called to make sure we received them and satisfied this time around.

It really made up for the initial experience we've had.
