9 Spoons is so posh, chic, cool and relaxing. The ambiance is fantastic and the view of Manila and Intramuros gold course is superb!

The hotel was nice with great services. The roof top bar was cool and popular on the Friday night we stayed. The buffet breakfast was ok. They serve exactly the same thing during our 3 day stay though... The day tour package offer by the hotel is very pricey. Would be better to negotiate a price with a taxi driver if you know where you'd like to visit (like the volcano).

The area however is quite chaotic. The traffic is constantly disordered... the streets would flood when it rains so always wear flip flops. I wouldn't have stayed here if I knew the historical sites only took half day. You wouldn't have missed out much if you didn't have time for them anyway.

I would say that this is a standard type of hotel. Location is very nice because it is the within the "Walled City" of Intramuros. Very historic place during World War 2. The hotel itself is owned by LPU (Lyceum of the Philippines University).

Very cozy place to stay at a reasonable price. Rooms are comfortably spacious. Sumptuous food selections in their buffet. I personally love their salad greens. Rooftop dinner experience is a must try. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back to this place.

I only used their function room and it was spacious enough. Food served was good, too. I lost a piece of clothing and inquired about it. Its staff returned my call for feedback promptly. That's good customer service
