I only had problem with the elevators. Usually it is a crowded place, yet elevator is so slow and maintenance is not as quick as i expected.

I wonder why the guards doesn't greet their guest upon arriving, its like they have this they don't care attitude. When we checked in, no one accompanied us to our room, no one shows us where the elevator is... So unwelcoming. The beds are ok but the towels are off white.

Good for couples only and not with friends. June 2017. The party started at 7pm. We had to leave by 11pm cuz they are requiring only 2 people to stay. Kept charging for stuff. Needs to overhaul services. The part when we had to leave was not a good experience for me as a guest.

The one bedroom suite is huge. Enough space for you and a couple of your guest. The AC unit in the room is cold and crisp. The bedroom is okay though it's a bit small considering how big the whole place is. The view from the living room is fantastic. We got a room that is facing a huge golf course in the middle of the city so it was good a little tough of green in the concrete jungle. One thing I would like to comment on though is the bathroom. Its clean it's big enough but the water pressure was a bid of a problem and there is no bidet. All in all the experience was pleasurable and one thing that worked for them is the fact that the hotel is very accessible to everything, from malls to public transport.
