Neat aircon rooms at a reasonable price. Area is within the highway, nearby restaurants and other establishments.

You can hear all kinds of noise from adjacent rooms and the reception area from the ground floor.

It's too expensive for the kind of rooms and services that they offer. It's not even a hotel. It is just like a travellers inn. So 20,000 monthly rate is too much. There are other hotels nearby Lakbayan which are even cheaper. If you are unlucky to have other people staying at the adjacent rooms, it gets noisy. The rooms are not noise-proof since the walls connecting the adjcent rooms are not concrete .

Budget Friendly but you can hear the chatter from the lobby.
First of all you are getting what you pay for. The air-conditioning and bed is nice as well as the shower and comfort room. What I hate on my stay there is that you can loudly hear the chatter of the staffs and guest on the lobby. This might be because their doors have gaps that still let the sound in. That is also why you can hear what other hotel guests are talking if you just stand in front of their doors. That is why I just always plays loud music so I can have privacy. Also, their TV have signal problems. But still, I have a comfortable stay and not worrying about a big bill to pay.
