Customer service is excellent. Rooms extremely clean. Staff is outstanding! Restaurant is attached to the hotel and every time I ate there I was not disappointed.

Stay on the first floor for easy access to the street. You can be in bed to the street in less than 15 seconds if you take your time. Great location, no complaints. Although I find their required 1000 peso deposit to be tacky. But if we're really keeping it 💯 there are plenty other, highly tacky, things afoot in the surrounding area. You're just steps away from the legendary P. Burgos party district.

I did not like the mixed neighborhood but it was patched up with the great room that I was given with, staffs were also all helpful in every way. I stayed there for 5 days and did not know how to get around, I have to commend the staffs who were on duty during my stay. They all guided me and made me feel at home.

Also, one thing I have to mention is how clean the loo was. Amazing!

It's my 2nd stay in Hotel Durban and I always look forward to coming back. Check-in was quick and they were able to accommodate my request of having a street-facing window. The room was cozy and clean. My only concern is the doors/rooms are not sound proof. While i was sleeping soundly, a very loud noise can be heard from the other room. It lasted for several hours and is very uncomfortable to hear (Yes, it is what you think it is).

Better than we expected for the price. We had a deluxe room which was roomy for 2 and the toilet was also clean. There are no toiletries provided so remember to bring your own or obtain from the nearby convenience stores. Hotel location is near to many shopping areas and food places, allowing you to have a good rest whenever you need it. Highly recommend!
